Orders & Payments
Browse products, select your size or variant, click "Add to Cart", then proceed to checkout. We accept PayPal and cash on delivery for all Moroccan cities.
Yes. COD is available for all orders within Morocco. Select it at checkout. Payment is collected by the courier upon delivery. COD orders are confirmed by phone before shipping.
You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. After 2 hours, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be changed.
Absolutely. We use PayPal's 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card details on our servers. Cash on delivery orders require no financial information at all.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days across Morocco. Casablanca and Rabat are usually 1–2 days. Remote areas may take up to 7 days. Your tracking number is sent by SMS and email once shipped.
Shipping is FREE on orders over 500 MAD. For orders below 500 MAD, there is a flat 30 MAD fee. Express same-day delivery in Casablanca is available for an additional 60 MAD.
You will receive a tracking number by SMS and email once your order ships. Use it on the courier's website, or contact us with your order number for a real-time update.
Currently, we ship within Morocco only. International shipping is on our roadmap. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when it launches.
Products & Authenticity
Yes, unconditionally. We source exclusively from authorized distributors and inspect every product for authenticity. If you ever receive something not genuine, we will refund you in full immediately.
Contact us with the product name and we will give you a restock estimate, or we can email you when it becomes available again.
Returns & Refunds
We offer 30-day returns. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include your order number. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. PayPal refunds take 3–5 days. Cash on delivery refunds via bank transfer take 5–7 days.
Contact us immediately with a photo. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund within 24 hours, depending on your preference.
