How Shipping Works
- Order Confirmed — Email confirmation sent immediately.
- Processing (within 24h) — We pick, pack and verify your items. COD orders confirmed by phone.
- Shipped — Tracking number sent by SMS and email.
- Out for Delivery — Courier contacts you 1–2 hours before arriving.
- Delivered — Inspect before signing. Report damage to courier immediately.
Return Policy
Return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Items eligible for return:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags
- Accompanied by order confirmation number
Items NOT eligible for return:
- Opened cosmetics, perfumes or hygiene products
- Customized or personalized items
- Items damaged by misuse
Return Process
- Email returns@lesdigitals.com with order number and reason
- We send a prepaid return label within 24 hours
- Drop at any Amana/CTM location
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days
