1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from lesdigitals.blogspot.com you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent), have read these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you disagree, please do not use this site.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You must not: use it fraudulently; attempt unauthorized access; transmit malware; scrape content without permission; impersonate LesDigitals staff; or post false, misleading or harmful content.

3. Products & Pricing

All descriptions, images and prices are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before order confirmation, modify or discontinue products without notice, and limit purchase quantities.

4. Orders & Payment

Your order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion — a full refund will be issued immediately. COD orders are confirmed by phone before dispatch. PayPal payments use 256-bit SSL encryption.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. LesDigitals is not liable for courier delays, customs issues, or events outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible unused items in original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page for the complete policy. Refunds issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions and software — is the intellectual property of LesDigitals or its licensors, protected by Moroccan and international copyright law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

8. User Conduct

By submitting reviews or comments, you grant LesDigitals a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that content. You warrant it is accurate, non-defamatory, and does not infringe third-party rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Moroccan law, LesDigitals is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Review these terms periodically.
